Fouch Building Company is a family-owned general contractor founded in 2003 and based in Troutdale, Oregon, serving the greater Portland metro. Led by John Fouch, the firm focuses on custom and move-in-ready new homes, with a relationship-driven approach built on honesty, integrity, and repeat business.
Beyond ground-up homes, Fouch handles whole-house remodels, additions, kitchens, baths, basements, ADUs, and structural work. Its remodels have been featured on the Home Building Association’s Tour of Remodeled Homes, and the company has earned a Remodeling Excellence Award.
Through Northwest New Homes, Fouch is one of the builders in the Hoodview Heights builders group above Sandy, offering move-in-ready new homes such as its Waldport plan.
