Chris Anderson is a real estate professional, community strategist, and new construction specialist serving Oregon and Southwest Washington. With decades of experience working alongside builders, developers, and landowners, he has built a reputation for identifying opportunities, understanding market demand, and helping bring successful residential communities to life.
Throughout his career, Chris has been involved in land acquisition, community planning, product positioning, builder partnerships, and new home sales. His ability to connect development decisions with real-world buyer preferences allows him to provide valuable insight long before construction begins.
Today, as co-founder of Northwest New Homes, Chris focuses on helping builders and developers create communities that align with both market demand and long-term project goals. His passion is creating neighborhoods people genuinely want to live in while helping builders, landowners, and development partners maximize the success of their projects.
Jason Shuler

Jason Shuler is co-founder of Northwest New Homes and has partnered with Chris for 18 years. A licensed principal broker in Oregon, he works closely with builders and buyers to bring new communities to market and to represent buyers from first tour to closing.
