Founded and locally owned in the Pacific Northwest, Cedar Ridge Homes has been building quality, energy-efficient homes and neighborhoods that families are proud to call home for more than 36 years, under the leadership of owner David Grey. Known for combining traditional craftsmanship with modern building techniques, the company focuses on thoughtfully designed homes that fit the lifestyle and needs of Pacific Northwest families.
Unlike many large national builders, Cedar Ridge remains a locally owned company deeply connected to the communities it serves. Its approach is built on quality construction, personalized customer service, functional floor plans, and neighborhoods designed to foster long-term community growth.
Community involvement is part of the philosophy, too. Ownership has long supported faith, education, and local initiatives, and owner David Grey is involved with the nonprofit faith-based 8th Street Academy, reflecting a commitment to investing in local families and future generations.
As the flagship builder partner of Northwest New Homes, Cedar Ridge builds Dugan Estates and Currin Creek in Estacada, Lockwood Meadows across the river in La Center, and contributes homes to the Hoodview Heights builders group in Sandy.
